If you arrive after 4.00 pm, you’ll be able to gain entry using a code that will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
If you leave before reception opens, that’s no problem.
You’ll need to have paid for your stay plus the tourist tax.
Simply open the electric gate and leave the keys in the box provided next to the gate.
The tourist tax is a mandatory tax levied by the municipality of Verona.
The cost is 3.50 euros per person per night for adults.
Applicable for up to 4 nights’ stay per month.
